The second event in a two-session series focused on ransomware preparedness.
In this first session, an interactive tabletop simulation, participants will immerse themselves in a realistic ransomware attack scenario designed to challenge and enhance their crisis management skills. The first session simulates a cyber incident where local IT leaders, playing key organizational roles, will attempt to mitigate the impact of the attack while making critical decisions under pressure. This exercise aims to highlight the complexities of ransomware attacks and an organization’s ability to respond.
The second session, led by an expert panel, will analyze the company’s reaction to the attack in session one and explore the decisions made, provide best practices in incident response, and discuss the strategic considerations required to safeguard organizational assets.
